Job Responsibilities: Follow detailed recipes and ensure food quality on the service lines Oversee the daily operation of assigned area, complete opening/closing procedures, ensure safety of all ambassadors, guests and animals; provide exceptional guest service and maintain cleanliness of the parks Effectively communicate through e-mail, submit work orders, warehouse orders, track item counts through CMIA and track various items in excel/word documents Communicate clearly and effectively to leadership regarding assigned responsibilities Understand and enforce all state/federal regulations, park policies and department procedures Utilize problem solving skills to handle/resolve ambassador and guest concerns/ needs Develop ambassadors by providing training, feedback and coaching Operate general food equipment and ensure routine cleaning and maintenance are being completed Job Requirements: Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership Have or be able to be trained to have excellent cash handling skills Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications At least one year hospitality/customer service Able to be trained and certified on HACCP/Food Safety Procedures High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility Position is contingent upon successful completion of the ServSafe Food Manager certification test At least 18 years of age Able to be certified in RCS Alcohol Awareness class Job Details: Company: Seaworld Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Orlando, FL, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
