Job Responsibilities:

Right from the start, we’ll expect you to lead from the front. You’ll get to know your team. You’ll get to know your customers. And when you combine that knowledge, you’ll be in an excellent position to drive sales. Budgets, P&L statements, managing stock and improving profits are all part and parcel of the role. As is people management, as you’ll motivate your team to deliver customer experiences that deliver results. We know you’re going to do more than make a go of it here. You’re going to smash it.
