• Provide direction and guidance for conflict resolution Identify and develop high potential individuals
• Ensure sufficient planning and execution in the continuity of outputs through proper succession planning
• Execute own and team competency development Team’s skills managed and developed effectively
• Coach team and others on safety Maintain Enterprise / BU safety organizational design and staff establishments
• Team organization / structure maintained
• Manage the execution of the Enterprise / BU strategy Operational / project plans prioritised and managed
• Ensure timely results from managers and individual contributors

Qualification & Experience:

• University Bachelor’s Degree
