Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan for the development & provision of mining work practices, structures and services, which will contribute to the overall safety, health, and sustained profitability of the Operational Area.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of HR systems and related legislation
• Computer Literacy (MS office, SAP System)
• Interpersonal Skills
• Planning Skills
• Presentation Skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Grade 12 / Matric or Equivalent
  Blasting certificate of competency
• Shift supervisor certificate
• Mine Overseer certificate of competency
• 3 Years’ experience as Shift Supervisor
