Job Description:
RCL FOODS is on the hunt for a Project Accountant to join our Group Services Division on a 9 – month contract. The role will be based in Westville and the successful incumbent will have strong experience with consolidations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Reporting
- Management of insurance renewal process
- Ad hoc finance responsibilities
- Interim and year-end financial reporting support
- Preparation and consolidation of the quarterly forecasts, and annual budget. Includes consolidation on Cognos, review reasonableness of divisional submissions and preparation of board pack
- Preparation of all financial statements for small and dormant companies
- Build conducive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Support the Group Finance team with corporate accounting responsibilities
- Technical research and preparation of accounting memorandums
Job Requirements:
- Newly Qualified CA(SA)
- Excel, Word and Ppt skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with consolidations
- Cognos experience will be preferable
