Job Description:

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall client training programme coordination / management
  • Scheduling and managing client training initiatives on a project by project basis
  • Creating annual project plan to manage with stakeholders annually
  • Scheduling and coordinating diaries for events
  • Managing promotional campaigns on social media and internally
  • Maintain client data
  • Managing project budgets and general finance management (including invoice management)
  • Client liaison
  • Profiling high profile client speakers
  • Website management
  • Managing adhoc L&D projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Running meetings with leadership stakeholders
  • Research thought leadership relevant for client events
  • Source local and global subject matter experts for client events
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency
  • Africa Business School network management which includes arranging annual conferences and quarterly meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Up to 7 years experience as a learning and development consultant. Experience in delivering in-person and virtual/online training are essential.
  • Preferably in the professional / financial services sector, not essential.
  • Experience with learning technology would be a strong added advantage
