Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall client training programme coordination / management
- Scheduling and managing client training initiatives on a project by project basis
- Creating annual project plan to manage with stakeholders annually
- Scheduling and coordinating diaries for events
- Managing promotional campaigns on social media and internally
- Maintain client data
- Managing project budgets and general finance management (including invoice management)
- Client liaison
- Profiling high profile client speakers
- Website management
- Managing adhoc L&D projects
- Stakeholder management
- Running meetings with leadership stakeholders
- Research thought leadership relevant for client events
- Source local and global subject matter experts for client events
- Automate processes to improve efficiency
- Africa Business School network management which includes arranging annual conferences and quarterly meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Up to 7 years experience as a learning and development consultant. Experience in delivering in-person and virtual/online training are essential.
- Preferably in the professional / financial services sector, not essential.
- Experience with learning technology would be a strong added advantage
