Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in scoping, facility infrastructure requirements, RFP, economic justification, CAR process, and partners with Engineering and 3PL teams as needed for project execution.
• Manages all excess equipment inventory from past and present GES conversions and non-GES DC projects for re-deployment.
• Supports the execution of the critical path and 30/60/90 day calls as applicable to ensure successful project implementation.
• Lead bi-weekly project update calls with Region leadership teams to ensure region alignment across all projects.
• Partner with key stakeholders & vendors to execute regional capacity strategy and facility projects (non-GES).
• Leads AOP CAPEX planning, forecasting, and CAR execution of total IMOPS CAPEX plan for areas of responsibility.
• Lead multiple DC capacity projects aligned with the national In-Market Operations strategic vision.
• Lead weekly GC project calls to ensure successful project execution in support of the overall critical path.
• Supports execution of short and long term S2U, Regional Warehouse, and National Mixing Center strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Lean six sigma training or knowledge a plus
• Proven experience in leading multiple complex Supply Chain operations projects with a record of delivering results
• Demonstrated capability in Supply Chain functions, technical understanding of Distribution Center operations and logistics
• Advanced communication skills to positively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Knowledge and familiarity with project management and demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and phases to a high quality output
