Job Description:
To effectively execute the fulfilment of online operations by creating and maintaining alignment between physical and online stores and ensure governance of online store protocols. Drive turnover growth through maximising online sale opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily and weekly reporting
- Promote co-operation in working with others to achieve shared goals
- Display skill at mentoring/coaching others and resolving conflict
- Interaction with support areas and leveraging partnership (Distribution Channels, Demand Planning, HR, Finance, IT, OPS support, Workforce Management).
- Daily continuous monitoring of customer deliveries and refunds
- Uphold the Pick n Pay brand by upholding the service ethos
- Daily store inspections to ensure compliance to store protocols are adhered
- Efficient and timeous execution of performance management initiatives/activities
- Demonstrate PnP values
- Manage and monitor and enhance the security systems to alleviate staff and fraud
- Manage and monitor the synergy between online and store inventory management
- Ensure that handling of stock is done with utmost care to avoid damage
- Achieve KPI’s / deliverables within agreed time-frames and according to quality standards
- Manage outputs and delivery through others
- Manage SLAs with external providers
Job Requirements:
- Retail experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to interact with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Diploma or studying towards Business studies/ Supply Chain/Operations
- Computer Literacy (Excel & PowerPoint) Intermediate
- 2-3 years’ experience in Retail Store Operations/Supply Chain
- Online experience (Advantageous)
