Job Description:

When it comes to business growth a lead warmer is the key to success. Through making outbound calls, building relationships with potential clients and understanding the client’s needs the lead warmer starts the process of obtaining new business for the Commercial Lines Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and create new business leads for Commercial lines daily with the end-goal of transferring calls to the sales agent for finalising the sale.
• Creating awareness and sparking interest in Old Mutual Insure products and services through making outbound calls daily.
• Interact with potential clients in such a manner that aligns with Old Mutual Insure’s company values.
• Pick up potential leads through the various marketing channels and aim to divert these to sales agents for finalising the sale.
• Provide a professional, polite and prompt service through every client interaction
• Possess a well-rounded overview and understanding of Old Mutual Insure products and services to provide clients with details to gain interest and potential leads to new business.

Job Requirements:

• Matric
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B.Com) with preference to B.Com Entrepreneurship, Corporate Finance and Investment, Insurance and Risk, Finance Management and Marketing
• Willingness to work over weekends
