Job Description:

The lines of business include Life and Savings, Property and Casualty, Asset Management and Banking and Lending.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage profitability, risk and competitiveness of protections products
• Play a leading role in the design and ongoing management of the various benefits within the retail product range, as well as supporting product SMEs on their deliveries.
• Incorporate regulatory impacts into retail protection products
• Review and/or Produce product specification documents related to the above
• Provide support on annual new business reviews
• Provide general product support
• Manage a team of product SMEs including their deliveries and priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Good organisational and planning skills
• Business acumen and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Product development experience would be an added advantage
• Qualified Actuary or Actuarial student with 5 to 6 years actuarial experience
• Good time management to work towards deadlines
• Ability to work on a wide range of deliverables over a given period of time
• Strong sense of ownership
