Job Responsibilities:
- Support fundraising initiatives
- Responsible for the reporting of funded marketing and training programmes
- Content development and training material for Phambano digital skills programme
- Development and oversight of public relations to ensure growth
- Content development and implementation of all training programmes
- Development and implementation of all marketing strategies and campaigns
- Virtual training lead on key projects
- Organisational brand monitoring
- e-Safety Programme management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in report writing for grants and funded projects
- Experience in online events hosting
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in NPO sector
- Marketing or Business Management Qualification or relevant
- Experience in fundraising initiatives for NPOs preferably
- Solid understanding of social media marketing platforms and tools
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
- Experience in developing and delivering training material
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
