Job Description:
Phambano Technology Development Centre NPC is a purpose-driven organisation that provides sustainable technology- related solutions to civil society organisations across Southern Africa that work with social justice matters. Our one stop solution for technology capacity building allows us to provide once off or ongoing support to organisations by means of: Digital Literacy Skills Development; Technology Systems & Infrastructure Support; Software Donations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage cloud-technology job cards to effectively report on.
- Institute protocols for the use of technical systems across internal departments and projects
- Act as a direct link between nonprofit end-users and email migration department.
- Provide consultation to nonprofits on the most suitable cloud technology tools to meet their needs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- Minimum 2-years working experience in Technical Support/IT division.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Cloud computing, Server deployment and desktop support.
- Microsoft cloud certification and experience within nonprofit sector will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
