Here at Nestlé Purina Pet Care we are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our Sudbury team on a 9 to 12 months basis. This role is a great opportunity for somebody who has fantastic HR administration experience looking to make a move into a global manufacturing environment. The main focus of this role will be to provide best in class HR administration support to the HR Business Partners, line managers and our employees at the Sudbury site.
Job Responsibilities:
- As a fundamental part of the local HR team you will be involved in a wide range of activities across the site, such as KPI reporting, developing our employee engagement activities, supporting our wellbeing initiatives and more. You will gain exposure to working within Ulrich’s 3 box model, collaborating with our centralised employee services and centre of excellence teams. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Provide administrative support to line managers as required such as formal note taking, reviewing documentation, recruitment administration, HR system support.
- Support the HR Business Partners on site with day to day HR administration activities.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI packs, ensuring reports are accurately prepared on time, every time.
- Be the sites Communication Champion and point of contact for communication activities to ensure routine communications are prepared and issued to site as well as supporting events where required.
- Acting as the sites Recognition Champion responsible for running the Recognition Committee and any associated activities as well as leading initiatives to promote the scheme. This is an important part of the role.
- Acting as the sites Wellness Champion responsible for the coordination of local wellness focus group meetings ensuring that the Wellness
- Sponsors and Activity Leads are on track and provide any necessary administrative support as required
