• Provide feedback progress to various monthly committees
• Proactive detect and identify issues and reporting thereof to internal and external stakeholders
• Propose, implement, or enhance relevant processes and systems to the business.
• Manage and report monthly on progress, cost and benefits of client data maintenance.
• Non-negotiable: Utilisation of Power BI and other dashboard technologies to streamline reporting
• Manage and mitigate risk.
• Ensure that client data integrity (i.e. ensure that data is accurate and relevant) is achieved.
• Ensure reports / dashboards are produced timeously
• Enhance the integrity and completeness of data to support business objectives.
• Effectively and efficiently communicate with clients.
• Implement and manage various client data maintenance campaigns.
• Management and implementation of the client data maintenance strategy with various stakeholders in the business.
• Ongoing review (including audit) and reporting status of the client database.
• Implement, manage and reporting of unclaimed benefits.
• Comply with regulation with regards to client details information.
• Sharing information and encouraging participation in decision making processes.

Job Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/ Information systems or equivalent professional qualification

Qualification & Experience:

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
