Job Description:

To increase instore revenue by actively facilitating the opening and servicing instore accounts in order to achieve targets set.

Job Responsibilities:

• To maintain knowledge of NCA with regards to documentary requirements needed for a customer to open instore accounts. Responsible for all account administration and the processing of all account maintenance required by customers.
• To actively engage with customers, in motivating opening of instore accounts. To have full comprehensive knowledge of mrp accounts in order to successfully provide follow-up and resolutions, to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements:

• Customer Service.
• Grade12/NQF4.
• 1 Year Retail Experience.
• perseverance
• Communication Skills.
