Job Description:

Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) including but not limited to system configuration, course deployments, user setup and administration, resolution of technical issues, content updates and overall system support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to train system administrators and advise other existing system administrators of best practices within the system.
• Define, create and document system standard operating procedures and instructional quick guides and manage local LMS. support ticketing system while serving as a point of escalation for all local system issues, administrative aspects, and important processes of the LMS.

Job Requirements:

• A strong level of knowledge in content authoring software such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
• Knowledge of learning theories, methodologies and the multiple levels of evaluation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of training development with some experience and knowledge of curriculum design.
