Job Responsibilities: Implementation and Onboarding : Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to provide an efficient, accurate, and cost-effective customer implementation and onboarding experience: Periodically review transactions for accuracy and initiate updates, adjustments, and credits as needed Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide issue resolutions and de-escalate customer concerns Customer Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as primary customer contact, providing day to day account support and issue resolution: Partner with teams across the Enterprise to ensure all implementation milestones are achieved (Master Data, Sales, Contracts, Credit, PSaS DC Ops, etc.) Oversee customer facing SLA’s to ensure all response and notification timelines are consistently met Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to create customer onboarding plan and timelines Coordinate with 3rd party couriers to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer shipping issues Job Requirements: Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks and ensure deadlines are met Excellent communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and listening) Prioritization skills to balance the needs of internal/external customers Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft office suite Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management Job Details: Company: McKesson Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Memphis, TN, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
