Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Onboarding : Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to provide an efficient, accurate, and cost-effective customer implementation and onboarding experience:
- Periodically review transactions for accuracy and initiate updates, adjustments, and credits as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide issue resolutions and de-escalate customer concerns
- Customer Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as primary customer contact, providing day to day account support and issue resolution:
- Partner with teams across the Enterprise to ensure all implementation milestones are achieved (Master Data, Sales, Contracts, Credit, PSaS DC Ops, etc.)
- Oversee customer facing SLA’s to ensure all response and notification timelines are consistently met
- Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to create customer onboarding plan and timelines
- Coordinate with 3rd party couriers to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer shipping issues
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and listening)
- Prioritization skills to balance the needs of internal/external customers
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
