Job Description:
Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day office service administration and provide reception assistance which includes answering phones and greeting all visitors of Starz Entertainment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide setup for new hires with name tags.
- Draft companywide correspondences as needed.
- Handle any additional requests as directed.
- Train temporary receptionists/facility new hires.
- Liaise with parking for new hire activation and reserved parking removal for formal employees. Submit overnight parking forms and use judgement to implement missing fob policies when necessary.
- Respond to safety risks with e-mail announcements, signage, and actionable fixes.
- Owner of Green Commute—fulfill any requests for cashout program and brainstorm incentives, submit annual ETC survey and pitch ideas to promote future emission reduction practices.
- Update the SM Phone List, Assistant/Coordinator List, Floor Warden List, and submit employees’ telephone numbers and office/cubicle location to LG Intranet.
- Manage backend of fob system— adding new hires, removing separated employees, keeping track of loaner fobs, assigning restricted building areas to approved personnel, and coordinating front door access for holidays.
- Communicate daily needs with day porter to ensure cleanliness in building and relay any safety issues to security.
Job Requirements:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- ETC Certification
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Associate’s Degree preferred; or equivalent from a two-year technical school; Minimum six months related experience; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
