Job Description:

Responsible for the strategic and tactical elements which comprise the end to end styling process for all marketing vehicles including; merchant contact, style-outs, on-set styling, presentations, and freelance onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees freelance support on a tactical level.
• Continued collaboration with our Marketing partners to increase transparency and work towards common goals.
• Manage all studio and location set styling to ensure successful results.
• Active participant in regular cross-functional meetings to ensure cohesive direction within the studio.
• Monitors daily organization of scheduled product styling teams and shot lists.
• Create imagery to influence buying decisions in each of our marketing segmentations.
• Continue offering elevated styling solutions within our on figure and laydown photography.
• Attends key seasonal strategic trend and campaign meetings, present findings to the rest of the team.
• Produce timely cost effective photography that meets the expectation of the customer.
• Understand our current customers’ buying habits to retain her while attracting new customers.
• Oversee all samples and props needed per project.
• Close communication with merchants to forecast/resolve sample issues.

Job Requirements:

• Oral and written skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Computer proficient on Macintosh workstations.
• Experience with retail advertising timelines and schedules.
• Two + year’s experience in Product or Fashion styling or as a Visual merchandiser.
• Strong product and fashion trend and industry relevant knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain strict deadlines.
