Job Responsibilities:
- Follows Kohl’s best practices and participates in Kohl’s programs
- Replenishes sales floor following capacity and sizing guidelines
- Maintains all back-stock areas according to best practices
- Assist in freight processing/receiving operations in accordance with Kohl’s best practices
- Maintains store pricing/signage in accordance with guidelines
- Delivers the highest level of customer service through effective problem solving
- Accurately and efficiently processes customers’ requests and transactions
- Engages with customers to identify specific needs
- Assists customers with selection of appropriate merchandise
- Merchandises fixtures according to presentation guidelines
- Executes and maintains store visual presentation standards
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or other similar work with the public
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Prior experience working with a team
- Adherence to Kohl’s policies and procedures
- Regular attendance is required
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
