Job Description:

As an Application Developer Lead (Vice President), your mission will be to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Typical teams are one pizza size and you may lead one or two such teams. Your deep knowledge of design, analysis, coding and test automation will help your team raise their game, meeting our standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex problem in functional and non-functional areas of the software. We expect that you will be able to document new designs and tech solutions to communicate and discuss with global stakeholders. You will be expected to embrace leading-edge technologies and methodologies and inspire your team to follow suit. Collaborating with our network of global technologists will enable you to deliver diverse and inclusive software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with highly talented cross-functional team with accountability for end-to-end, full stack development of application. This application is an important component in the clearing and settlement space of the strategic payment processing system. We have an environment that offers:

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and a hands on experience is a must.
• Experience of working in an agile development environment.
• Strong experience in test automation and continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Knowledge in the micro-services based highly scalable systems.
• A strong knowledge in principles needed for creating asynchronous and multithreaded system.
• Experience in creating systems which are 24x7x365 available.
• Strong fundamentals on Core Java and RDBMS.
• Enterprise scale messaging experience in JMS or derived JMS technologies.
