Job Description:

Cybersecurity Officers protect the firm’s people, clients and information assets – ensuring the safety and soundness of the firm’s business operations. Identity and Access management (I&AM) team for Corporate Functions supports the user onboarding process on a role based access control model which gives a robust control and governance over user access. The Corp Security Administration Team (SAT) team is responsible for end to end user access onboarding submissions and ensuring users get the appropriate access within the given time addressing all required aspects with respect to risk & controls, access governance and SLAs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly address urgent requests, queries or prioritizations with effective management on escalations.
• Operations practices, risk management processes, principles, security analysis, skilled and productive use of related tools.
• User onboarding based on Role Based Access Control model as designed for the respective line of business.
• Ability to adapt into an operations working environment on given assignments with on-time delivery/addressable to the business.
• Worked in a SLA and target based operations background.
• Works with the Corp SAT team to deliver I&AM services as appropriate.
• End to End user access onboarding process for supporting line of business with an SLA and target based process approach model.
• Should be able to multi-task as required for the process wherein the user access onboarding request submissions are driven by multiple request management tools within the firm.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer related field preferred with 3 plus years of work experience in the industry, preferably with Cyber security / I&AM technology background.
• Risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) and Cybersecurity principles.
• Proficient in MS Office and multitasking.
• Agile, with the ability to work under at least one of the common frameworks.
• Willing to work in flexi work timings.
• Operations practices, risk management processes and I&AM principles as well as incident response handling methodologies as they apply.
• Security analysis, skilled and productive user of related tools.
