Job Description:
The Employee Relations Manager for the Sun City Resort will be responsible for developing and executing ER initiatives that enables an environment of high engagement and fostering of good working relationships between management, the union, and employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- ER Governance
- Union Relationship Management
- Delivers ER plans and processes for the resort
- CCMA Case Management
- Reporting & Analytics
- Team Management
- Provides ongoing counsel on matters involving ER matters
Job Requirements:
- Emotional Intelligence
- CCMA processes
- Case investigation and management.
- Negotiation skills
- Conflict Handling Skills
- Proficiency in BCEA, LRA and related labour legislation.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as Labour Relations specialist and managing union relationships
- Minimum of 3 year Degree (Social Sciences / Law)
- A track record of delivery of employee relations initiatives within a complex environment
