Job Description:
You will analyze and execute pension investment strategies and governance policies for our defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic asset allocation and investment strategy research
- Coordinate studies and projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Execute trading, rebalancing, and liquidity management strategy
- Create and analyze performance reports
- Assist in financial statement preparation, asset/performance reconciliation and invoice processing
- Help to prepare and deliver presentations to senior leaders and the Pension Committee
- Review and recommend governance processes and policies
- Manage, evaluate, and conduct searches for external service providers
Job Requirements:

- A Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation or equivalent with a solid understanding of financial principles
- A background investing in numerous asset classes and investment structures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment landscape
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of actuarial principles and the pension regulatory environment
Qualification & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Institutional investment experience at a pension plan, endowment, foundation, family office or investment manager
