Jobs at Momentum – UX / UI Specialist

• Work closely with developers to ensure proper translation of UI designs into full functional interfaces
• Responsible for the User Interface Design of all Momentum Money channels (Web, App, USSD & Call Centre)
• Identify opportunities for consistency and reusability of Web and App components
• Identify best practices through research and development and case studies to ensure that UI designs and solutions are up to par with the industry standards and trends
• Responsible for building and maintaining the web and app design standards as well as contributing towards the overall Momentum Money design system

Job Requirements:

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or similar certification
• A portfolio of recent work done

Qualification & Experience:

• Banking experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Design
• 5 years UI/UX experience
• Experience in HTML and CSS
• Technical knowledge and proficiency of design software essential, especially Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) as well as design understanding of Microsoft Office
• Experience with working with Front End Technologies
• Matric
• Experience in Print and Digital Design
