Job Description:

The Product Lead, JetBlue Travel Products (JTP) is a full time opportunity on the Commercial Team at JetBlue Travel Products in our office in Dania Beach (Fort Lauderdale).
The role will focus on driving growth in one area of our business either through product partnership optimization or distribution (sales) channel management. Regardless of the area of focus, the project will require strong execution & analysis focus. The role is responsible for monitoring of the business, digging into trends, selecting the best path for business growth, executing the change with cross functional partners, and monitoring your impact.
This key team member will use strong organizational skills and organizational knowledge to ensure key tasks are completed by cross functional team members to ensure successful change is implemented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build annual and quarterly plans for growth.
• Assist with building scalable processes using combination of documentation (SOPs), delegation, and automation.
• Lead the effort to execute those plans across the business.
• Be a ‘disciple’ of JTP at industry conferences, events, and gatherings.
• Lead analysis – both qualitative and quantitative – to answer a key business question.
• Be the voice of a product in our portfolio – tracking key trends and giving updates
• Provide weekly updates on efforts both to manager and key cross functional partners.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations to peers and department heads.
• Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Available for up to 30% overnight travel between support centers in NYC, Salt Lake City and Orlando as well as partner meetings.
• Effective research skills, including the ability to analyze information and make determinations in accordance with company guidelines.Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Four (4) years of business development, partnership management, business analysis, or project management experience
• Experience with basics of project management (gantt, task tracking)
• Self-motivated and flexible to a constantly changing environment.
• Experience with business analysis using Excel, Spreadsheets, etc.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite & Google Products.
