Job Description:
Our Passenger Service Agent – Customer Helpers will provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers as well as being the conduit between our operational teams and third party providers. Our Gatwick team will be on hand to make sure the flying programme is on plan and that the processes and procedures that we need to follow are in place and maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison for other Jet2.com colleagues from other bases and our Operations Control Centre, to oversee all aspects of programme delivery.
- Representing Jet2.com with our appointed agents throughout the airport.
- Providing call out in case of diversions or unplanned activity.
- Greeting customers as they arrive back at the airport from their holiday.
- Welcoming customers as they arrive at the airport and helping them with any queries.
- Overseeing all elements of the operation at both check- in and airside ensuring we are following safety and security procedures and delivering a great customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- You will be a strong team player and have a positive and flexible approach.
- Due to operational requirements, successful candidates must have previous experience of the London Gatwick operation.
- In order to carry out this role you will need to obtain an Airside Pass and such, will be required to provide a full 5 year checkable employment/education and address history, satisfactory criminal record checks and a valid photo ID.
