JD Sports Jobs – Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To maintain and increase sales and achieve set financial targets.
• Ensure that the Visual Merchandising standards within the store adhere to the brands desired standard.
• To ensure the store has the correct levels of stock and that replenishment orders are placed, in close liaison with the Product Team.
• To maintain a high level of customer service at all times within the store.
• Be able to communicate effectively to senior management and directors on a regular basis.
• Able to summarise and offer objective feedback regularly.
• Manage all Store Colleagues with particular reference to recruitment, induction, training, discipline, appraisals and payroll.
• Create a new exciting and engaging venue that showcases the values of Pretty Green
• Increase the store consumer base by actively pursuing a new audience through networking.

Job Requirements:

• Proven management skills/managed a team of a minimum of 6 people.
• Ability to drive and develop sales.
• Displays initiative and is creative.
• Excited to take ownership of the store and create something new and an engaging experience for the customer.
• Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible, adaptable and thrives on challenges.
• Influential and confident with a track record in delivering excellent customer service.
