Job Responsibilities:
- Checking off inbound stock from suppliers;
- Stock management, including:
- Taking telephone calls;
- Web order picking,
- Approaching and assisting customers;
- Other retail duties, including:
- Shop floor replenishment.
- Maintaining back of house standards.
- Going the extra mile to achieve sales whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and an excellent shopping experience.
- Cleaning;
- Maintaining shop floor standards;
- Taking telephone orders from customers;
- Assisting with the fitting of safety equipment such as riding hats;
- Labelling stock with barcodes;
- Contacting suppliers;
- Working on the cash desk;
- Stock counting;
- Advising on a range of equestrian products;
Job Requirements:
- Equestrian-related qualifications is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in an equestrian discipline is advantageous but not essential.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in retail or other customer-facing role.
- Experience of horse riding is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in the care of horses is advantageous but not essential.
- 3 or more GCSE’s at grade C (or equivalent);
