JD Recruitment – Senior Logistics Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Subject Matter Expert implementation support for change deployments
• Support for project / business process changes within JD Logistics programmes / projects including input into business / change readiness as well as software design, development and testing
• Provide input to test plan / scenario development and execution support where required
• Collection, validation and documentation of business requirements and validation of change specification documents vs requirements
• Lead a team of Business Analysts supporting cross-functional and warehouse-internal business process / solution design including WMS / Control Tower / links to non-warehouse systems in a highly-automated warehouse
• Deputise for Logistics IT Business Partner where required

• Excellent IT skills (MS Office inc Project and Visio)
• Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
