Job Description: The Senior Logistics Business Analyst is responsible for both providing Business Analysis support for process & solution design as well as supporting the delivery of key projects & programmes within the JD Logistics network & automated warehouse. Job Responsibilities: Provide Subject Matter Expert implementation support for change deployments Support for project / business process changes within JD Logistics programmes / projects including input into business / change readiness as well as software design, development and testing Provide input to test plan / scenario development and execution support where required Collection, validation and documentation of business requirements and validation of change specification documents vs requirements Lead a team of Business Analysts supporting cross-functional and warehouse-internal business process / solution design including WMS / Control Tower / links to non-warehouse systems in a highly-automated warehouse Deputise for Logistics IT Business Partner where required Job Requirements: Effective cross-functionally in a changing environment Able to construct and present information in a persuasive way Able to work under extreme pressure and to tight timescales Proven ability to manage a team of Business Analysts Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated Excellent problem solver Ability to engage with 3rd party and internal development teams as well as business stakeholders (Senior Management to Shopfloor) Excellent IT skills (MS Office inc Project and Visio) Excellent communicator – both written and verbal Qualification & Experience: Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Cross-system Logistics Business Analysis experience Experience working within a large-scale automated distribution environment Experience working within a Retail organisation Job Details: Company: JD Sports Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Kingsway, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
