Job Description: To provide on the job training on a variety of tasks for all new and existing employees using the guidelines set by the Training Team Job Responsibilities: To be a role model for standards of safety, product care and Key Performance Indicators; To regularly update Team Leaders, Supervisors and Management on how new starters are progressing and provide them with summary training records Share best practice and communicate ideas in order to constantly develop the training provision within the DC Assist Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers in managing underperformance through actively coaching individuals deemed to be underperforming by the management team To participate in any other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the business Is a custodian of the training paperwork trail and ensures that all training paperwork is completed to a high standard in all instances Deliver manual handling training to all new staff and support the management team in any manual handling training needs To attend regular site Trainer Meetings to share best practice and discuss ways of improving the overall site training provision Job Requirements: Verbal and written communication skills Basic numeracy and literacy skills Great organisation skills & the ability to work well under pressure Good Presentation skills Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. (Desirable) Multi-skilled in a variety of warehousing/distribution tasks Qualification & Experience: Experience in a similar role.
