Job Description:

Hobby Lobby has an opening in our Ecommerce Customer Service department. The opening is for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with our online catalog. We have temporary and temp-to-hire positions located at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

We seek candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through e-mail. This position has the potential to become a permanent, full time position, based on job performance and business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service over the phone and through e-mail. Must be able to communicate well via e-mail with clear, concise & detailed messages.
• Data entry within various computer applications, including our online catalog (www.hobbylobby.com)
• Input and research orders/invoices
