Hilton Hotel Jobs – Communications Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance, identify key trends and business drivers that impact financial performance, prepare variance explanations, present results to business partners, and assist in risk/opportunity identification as needed
• Use Oracle PeopleSoft, Hyperion Financial Systems, and Microsoft Excel to maintain, update and continuously improve financial forecasts
• Provide support to the GBCS reporting team, and to the Financial Planning & Analysis team during the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly
• Business Reviews intended for GBCS leaders and Executive Leaders
• Evaluate and document fund allocations and billings (to external customers and hotels) for Brands and Communications cost centers
  Provide financial analysis to validate the return on investment relating to business cases/investments
• Analyze, document, review, and update accounting coding, cost allocation, hotel billing, and reporting processes to improve visibility and assist
• Hilton leaders in understanding Brands and Communication’s operating expenses
• Prepare annual budgets, understand critical functions and priorities, and build strong relationships with business partners
