Job Description: You’ll have the opportunity to work in either the Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service and/or Conference and Events. This will give you the chance to experience the variety and diversity that comes with working in the Food and Beverage Operations department. Job Responsibilities: Teamwork is essential and you’ll work closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences for our guests. There is no better feeling! You’ll engage with our guests and make their stay memorable by showing you value them, care for them and respect them. Working times are flexible depending on where you like to work. So you have a rough idea, breakfast shifts start between 6.30am–7am and dinner shifts finish between 10pm-11pm, with conferencing starting and finishing anytime of the day depending on what’s going on! As you can see, we have a lot of flexibility and a shift pattern to fit you!
