Job Description:
The Distribution Compliance Analyst will assist in implementing strategies crafted to support Hilton’s rate distribution strategy. This will include supervising the third party space, implementing business processes that ensure hotel and partner compliance with Hilton’s distribution initiatives, and performing root cause analysis of rates and availability to ensure they are accurately reflected in all applicable distribution channels including but not limited to the: Central Reservation System (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), META channels, Online Travel Agent (OTA) sites, and Global Web. The Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving issues and collaborating closely with other teams to complete corrective action as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing rate parity root cause analysis
- Supporting the execution of brand, OTA, PMG, Meta, and other price monitoring
- Crafting and presenting hotel-level compliance guides, initiatives, and training material
- Leading individual and team mailbox and monitoring workflow with other Team Members
- Collaborating with partners, internal and external collaborators on technology improvements, shopping requests, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Performing any other job duties as advised
- Developing a detailed solid understanding of all relevant systems to perform crucial daily job functions as well as project-related tasks
- Conducting quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy of the information in all relevant systems and processes
- Performing, implementing, and implementing business processes to support the department
- Providing hotel support by answering procedural or system questions related to the applicable distribution channels
- Contacting hotels regarding responses to rate and data solicitations and resolving outstanding issues
