Job Description:
As the Administrative Assistant for Tax, FP&A, and Internal Audit, you will lead all administrative tasks in support of the Senior Vice Presidents of Tax, FP&A, and Vice President of Internal Audit. Are you diligent, organized, and enjoy multi-tasking? If so, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for calendar management, domestic and international travel itineraries, meeting and event planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Thoughtfully route calls and emails to appropriate Team Members on behalf of the executive(s)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to include submitting and reconciling expense reports as well as booking domestic and international travel itineraries using the Concur application
- Prepare business letters, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Handle inventory of assets and supplies for current Team Members and assist with onboarding new Team Members
- Implement and monitor internal programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment, and storage
- Solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Schedule and handle all meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities for the executive(s) and perform general office support
- Successfully partner with internal departments resolving day-to-day administrative challenges
