Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR leadership in administering procedures through the Distribution Center
- Provide training support to all levels of associates
- Participate and work on special projects as assigned
- Provide payroll support and data entry responsibilities for timekeeping accuracy and reporting
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved
- Partner with the HR Department Management team to conduct interventions, fact-findings and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, and employment laws
- Comfortable working in a distribution center environment
- Passionate about Human Resources
- Ability to coach, motivate, and solve conflicts with associates
- Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping practices
- Great public speaking skills
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources within food manufacturing/production, e-Commerce or start-up environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHR
