Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards. Job Responsibilities: Answers customer questions regarding products and assists them with selections; helps customers locate store merchandise Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation Assists with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product Organizes merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable to the public Cleans and sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment Complies with departmental SOPs and store operating procedures Checks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality of products Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks Ensures integrity of shelf tags and signage in department; may create / prepare signage, as needed Provides superior customer service Stocks and rotates items as needed Performs Customer Service Assistant duties as needed Builds, stocks, maintains, and takes down store displays Properly handles and maintains the operation of all equipment Job Requirements: Strong customer service skills High school diploma (or equivalent) A high school diploma Communication and interpersonal skills Reading and writing skills Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training 1+ years of experience Planning and organizing skills Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Communication and interpersonal skills Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Georgetown, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
