Job Description:
On this journey we’re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Marketing Project Manager you will focus on driving forward our customer plans across various segments and workstreams. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating the successful delivery of projects
- Close communication with Operational Manager to ensure the right priorities and resources
- Feedback relevant learnings and insights in to optimize activity going forward
- Ensuring best in-class planning and execution across quarterly customer plans
- Alignment on goals and KPIs, ensuring activity is measured and followed up consistently
- Contribute towards growing our customer base and strengthening the brand message
- Leading other ad-hoc projects on sales market level across the year (e.g. sustainability initiatives)
Job Requirements:
- You have an excellent understanding of customer insights and how to turn these into actions
- You have experience in project management and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- You are fluent in Microsoft office and an articulate communicator
- You have both a commercial and creative mindset, with the ability to flex in between
- You have a University degree in communication and/ or marketing
