Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as required
• Complete daily forklift checklist before operating the machines
• Pick and deliver the correct items and quantities of inventory for customer sales orders and deliver it to the shipping staging area in an accurate and timely manner
• Transfer and locate receiving inventory into warehouse locations in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare material movement documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Moving of stock
• Loading and unloading of trucks daily
• Pick and deliver the correct items and quantities of inventory and deliver it to the designated production lines in an accurate and timely manner
• Load and unload trucks as needed or assigned
• Maintain compliance to all health & safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Team player
• Matric
• Hard working and focused on getting the job done
• English
• Be Punctual
• Basic numeracy skills
• Good verbal and non-verbal communicator
• Driver licence code: Forklift operator
• Valid license on a 2.5 Ton – 5.0 Ton Hyster (Battery & Diesel)
• Great sober and hygiene habits
• Must be able to handle pressure
• Problem-solver

Qualification & Experience:

• Must have previous warehousing experience
• 1 Year experience operating a forklift machine
• Experience: Driver
