Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in aligning processes in the business and to ensure that this is in line with customers expectations.
• To provide ongoing intelligence on customers and competitors using internal and external data
• Offer input into market analysis and segmentation.
• To ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
• To communicate quality initiatives.
• To facilitate quality delivery across the various teams.
• To deploy the quality management tools.
• Identify possible risks in the area and come up with suitable action plans to ensure there are no loop holes in the process.
  sources i.e. monitor surveys etc.
• To monitor quality adherence and compliance to quality standards.
• To provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification.
• 3 to 4 Years related experience.
