Job Description: Provides services through effectively handling all aspects of insurance claims for clients and liaising with insurance companies on client's behalf. Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Manage own development to increase own competencies Provide timeous and accurate Management Information Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members Handle all aspects of Insurance claims for clients including relevant documentation, liaising with insurance company and advising clients Provide sales support efficiencies and services in order to ensure retention of clients Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies Achieve net profit growth for business Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Ensure timely completion of general administrative tasks during execution of insurance claims to provide accurate and quality deliverables Ensure client query responses are of high quality by monitoring client delivery constrains and escalate exceptions to manager Job Requirements: Must have experience in Commercial and Personal Lines Short-term insurance experience Fully FAIS compliant (RE Certificate and NQF 5 Certification) Qualification & Experience: Minimum Qualification : Grade 12 Experience : 2 years related experience Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent Job Details: Company: FNB South Africa Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
