Job Description:
To lead a team of developers, system analyst, test analysts and vendors that provide technology to enable trade in South Africa and the rest of Africa. Trade is undergoing a huge transformation with several new technology capabilities entering the ecosystem to enable more digitisation and enhanced value propositions for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- The lead will be responsible for developing and executing on the technology strategy that will enable an aspirational business strategy. This is a challenging position that will allow you to push the boundaries of what is possible in trade.
Job Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management skills and networking
- Excellent understanding of the trade products set – Guarantees, Letters of Credit and other.
- Strong understanding of multiple asset classes and banking products and how they are executed
- Good understanding of Agile work methods
- Good understanding of technical integration tools like Control M, Tibco, Informatica, Reporting tools, Market Data and project management.
