Job Description:
Area of specialization: To manage, integrate and ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery to Retail customers within the Province.
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimise Customer Service Relations Management in the province.
- Integrate and direct the customer relations management functions for the province.
- Manage the strategic positioning of customer relations management in the Operating Unit.
- Manage external and internal customer relations management stakeholder.
- Management of service delivery and staff.
Job Requirements:
- Customer centric, service delivery excellence, credibility and ability to build commitment for customer satisfaction.
- Thorough understand of customer service and marketing theory, understanding of business processes, Eskom Business, process management understanding.
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels.
- Leadership, behavioural Skills
Qualification & Experience:
- B Com / B Eng. in marketing /Finance/ Commerce
- 7 years’ experience in customer service/marketing.
