Job Description:

Area of specialization: To manage, integrate and ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery to Retail customers within the Province.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Optimise Customer Service Relations Management in the province.
  • Integrate and direct the customer relations management functions for the province.
  • Manage the strategic positioning of customer relations management in the Operating Unit.
  • Manage external and internal customer relations management stakeholder.
  • Management of service delivery and staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Customer centric, service delivery excellence, credibility and ability to build commitment for customer satisfaction.
  • Thorough understand of customer service and marketing theory, understanding of business processes, Eskom Business, process management understanding.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels.
  • Leadership, behavioural Skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • B Com / B Eng. in marketing /Finance/ Commerce
  • 7 years’ experience in customer service/marketing.
