To provide efficient supervision and direction towards the maintenance of Eskom facilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and team leadership for the section
• Execute facilities maintenance within a region
• Provide financial control and governance for the section
• Implement statutory and regulatory compliance
• Project control

Job Requirements:

• Negotiation and facilitation
• Project management
• Contract management
• Customer interface
• Analytical and decision making
• Financial management and control

Qualification & Experience:

• National Diploma/National N Diploma Electrical/Mechanical/3-year tertiary
• qualification at NQF 6 with 240 credits
• 3 years’ experience in building maintenance, project coordination and contracts management
