Job Responsibilities:
- Drive communication with management for the approval of all invoices.
- May be needed to perform Station Agent duties.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, security, vendor contract, training, security, and financial rules and regulations.
- Establish classroom schedules and coordinate with Station Trainer on all trainings.
- Monitor the progress of all agents especially on HAZMAT, Dangerous Goods, and security training.
- Conduct investigations on any irregularities or fines received from any government agencies.
Job Requirements:
- Flexible to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and rotating days off
- Must enjoy working in an administrative environment and be able to multi-task effectively
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and proactive
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may
- prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
- Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Minimum age: 18
- High School diploma, GED, or international equivalent
