Job Responsibilities: Drive communication with management for the approval of all invoices. May be needed to perform Station Agent duties. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, security, vendor contract, training, security, and financial rules and regulations. Establish classroom schedules and coordinate with Station Trainer on all trainings. Monitor the progress of all agents especially on HAZMAT, Dangerous Goods, and security training. Conduct investigations on any irregularities or fines received from any government agencies.
