Job Description:

You will be required to work on selected client’s premises and to run the client specific shipping processes identified, resolve operational issues, handle all account queries. Keeping all stakeholders up to date with live information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier management is essential to ensure consistent lead times
• Reconciling and management of the DSV account to ensure payment.
• Keeping all stakeholders up to date with live information
• Variety of responsibilities, which will cover all aspects of international and domestic freight movement.  Includes the logistical co-ordination of all internationally purchased products on behalf of Pharma customer in Health care vertical.
• Emphasis on order tracking and tracing and indent monitoring
• All customer related activities, tariff, accounts, invoices, permits and quotes
• The daily running of specified clients shipping processes/supply chain

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Logistics
• Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills
• Freight Forwarding experience required
• Financial experience
• Ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Valid and endorsed code 08 license, own transport
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
