Job Description:
Dis-Chem Pharmacies require the services of a Online Store Supervisor based at our Head Office in Midrand. Main purpose of the role is to Deliver an effective customer ordering process to support the accelerated growth of Dis-Chem ecommerce platforms. Investigate and resolve product and service complaints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor query list to ensure prompt resolution within the agreed timelines.
- Timeously complete any adhoc packaging of store material, ensuring the packaging is completed timeously
- Reconcile online payment against various payment methods (Credit card, EFT, Points, Disc Miles & Online Vouchers).
- Maintain the flow of the SAP stock on hand file to ensure adequate allocation and availability of stock.
- Monitor and record orders with incomplete statuses and ensure orders are not falling outside SLA.
- Ensures that customers are satisfied with the shopping experience and devise action plans to address customer service issues.
- Continuously monitor online orders to ensure prompt, on time fulfilment to Dis-Chem Customers.
- Implement online customer support improvement initiatives as approved by management.
- Ensure that online store teams are adequately developed to deliver effective online experience for customers.
- Ensure accurate allocation of online order payments per Dis-Chem hub against payment method.
- Verify and ensure accurate online payments are allocated to each Dis-Chem Online hub.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness on customer systems support optimal performance to recommend changes where required.
- Proactively identifies online operational deficiencies and adverse trends to recommend solutions to management.
- Facilitate benefit point refunds used in unsuccessful transactions as per standard operating procedures.
- Issue refunds and vouchers to customers where required due to stock unavailability.
- Support online customer support team with generating meaningful and value adding customer solutions to achieve maximum business development.
Job Requirements:
- Logistics experience and previous management experience
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in the industry
- Gr12/ Matric
- Diploma in Business Management
- Postgraduate qualification
- Magento, Any eCommerce platform experience,
- SAP Experience and Retail experience
