Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations this is a newly created role with a newly centralized ER and Case Management team. As the Senior ER Advisor you will be involved in establishing and delivering case management and employee relations processes and policy the best supports David Jones and the Country Road Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and alignment of SLA’s to David Jones & Country Road Group performance measures
- Supporting business leaders in effectively managing their employees in areas such as performance, grievance, misconduct, conflict resolution, and policy breach
- Enhance business leader capability / confidence in managing ER matters
- Management of employee dispute cases in line with internal risk matrix
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven ability to influence and engage with a diverse mix of internal/external stakeholder groups
- Comfort working with a change orientated environment
- Dedicated ER / case management experience in Australia and ideally New Zealand
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant business discipline
- Efficient and well defined case management process and principles
- Exposure to a fast paced, multi-location organisation will be highly regarded
- Team orientated with a solution and outcomes focused mindset
