Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver enhancements per user requirements in an agile and cost-effective manner.
• Pro-actively eliminate technical debt through constant upgrades of technology.
• Drive a culture of effective use of BI applications across the organisation to improve sales revenue increase operating margins, reduce operating costs whilst retaining high levels of service to the user community including driving the adoption of predictive analytics.
• Cultivate relationships with BI system integrators to broaden the supplier pool.
• Support CIO to plan and execute the IT strategy in support of Clover business strategy.
• Deliver business cases to executive management to motivate for BI projects and solutions.
• Research global trends in BI trends to implement innovations to improve our use of mission critical BI applications including crafting a long-term BI application roadmap focused on cost effective technology components that can do-the-job keeping alignment to group shareholders in mind.
• Create a culture of high performance, supportive team dynamics within IT to deliver superb customer service to Clover business.
• Deliver projects on time, scope, budget and to user satisfaction.
• Embed modern application development methodologies, principles, standards, and processes.
• Ensure BI applications meet business expectations, available per SLA with delivery of accurate results.
• Participate in and leading (where required) RFIs and RFPs related to BI solutions.
• Plan, motivate for and manage the capex and opex budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and bang-for-the-buck.
